Pack items securely in original packaging if possible. Include a note with your order number and return reason.

Ship to the address provided. We'll email you once we receive and inspect your return.

Once approved, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation by email.

Eligible Returns

Items We Cannot Accept

Return Shipping Costs

We Cover Costs When:

  • ✓ We sent you the wrong item
  • ✓ Product arrived damaged or faulty
  • ✓ Product doesn't match description

In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

You Cover Costs When:

  • • You've changed your mind

Refund Process

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

  3. Include your order number and description of the issue

Your Options

We'll offer you the choice of:

  • Replacement: We'll send a new product immediately
  • Full Refund: Money back within 5 working days
  • Partial Refund: If you'd like to keep a slightly damaged item

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank - processing times vary
  3. Contact your credit card company
  4. If still no refund, email us at refunds@cleanprosupplies.co.uk

Partial Refunds

We may offer a partial refund in these situations:

  • Product shows obvious signs of use
  • Product is not in original condition
  • Parts or accessories are missing
  • Product was returned more than 30 days after delivery
